It is completely free to download to take with you on your trip! On august 12th, 2019, disney removed one designated smoking area. These are free and easy to use. Disney springs (which was known as downtown disney up until september of 2015) is a shopping and entertainment area that’s free for anybody to enter and while the recent disney springs construction was lengthy, the end result was well worth it.
